Super Green Smoothie

This super green smoothie will have you feeling brand new again, packed with superfoods, greens and natural sugars.

Serves: 1

Prep Time: 10 min

Ingredients:

  1. Banana (frozen)- 1
  2. Pineapple (frozen)-  ¼ cup
  3. Hemp Seeds- 1 tsp
  4. Spirulina- 1 tsp
  5. Oat Milk- ¾ cup
  6. Spinach- 1 cup 

Instructions:

  1. Thaw the frozen fruit for about 5 minutes.
  2. Place the ingredients in a high powered blender.
  3. Allow the smoothie to reach a creamy consistency. Serve and enjoy!
