Agua de piña is a delicious and refreshing way to cool down with simple ingredients on a hot day with a touch of spicy ginger.

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- One entire pineapple
- Ginger – 1 inch piece
- Lemon – x2
- Cane Sugar – ¾ cup
- Water – 1 Quart
Instructions:
- Use fresh cut pineapple and add to the blender, add the peeled and sliced ginger and add to the blender.
- Squeeze a lemon into the blender, add sugar & water.
- Blend on high speed, strain through sieve or mesh strainer, and serve with ice.
Notes:
Last 2 days in the fridge.
Bonus: add fresh mint in the pitcher with the juice.
