Everyday Acai Bowl

A delicious Acai bowl that includes toppings such as berry assortment, chia, hemp seeds, granola and nuts.

This everyday Açai bowl is perfect for anytime you are craving something fruity that will satisfy your hunger. It is full of superfoods and other nutrient dense ingredients that will have have you coming for more.

Ingredients:

  1. Frozen Mixed Berries – ½ cup or 2.5 oz
  2. Frozen Banana – 1 or 5 oz
  3. Açaí Frozen packet – 1 or 3.3 oz
  4. Oat Milk – ¼ cup
  5. Fresh berries – 3 strawberries; 10 blueberries
  6. Shredded coconut – 1 tsp
  7. Granola – 1Tbsp
  8. Chia seeds – 1tsp
  9. Hemp Seeds – 1tsp
  10. Dates (diced) – 1 pitted
  11. Cacao nibs – 1tsp
  12. Goji berries – 1 Tbsp
  13. Honey (optional) – 1 tsp

Instructions:

  1. Place the frozen berries, banana, oat milk, açaí in a high-speed blender.
  2. Set aside to thaw for about 5-10minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, slice the strawberries, and dice the dates.
  4. Gently start mixing the fruit in the blender at the lowest speed and then gradually increase, use the baton or spatula to mix the fruit together into a creamy consistency.
  5. Pour the açaí mix in a bowl and add the berries,dates, and other toppings. Enjoy!
