Ginger shots are a simple option when you’re feeling like you need an immunity boost or everyday wellness maintenance.

Serves: 8 2oz shots
Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  1. Ginger – 1/4 cup peeled
  2. Lemon – 1/4 cup
  3. Honey – 1/4 tsp for each shot
  4. Cayenne Pepper – dash
  5. Water – 1 1/2 cups

Instructions:

  1. Blend peeled ginger with water and lemon juice until it becomes pure ginger water, store it in a glass container or mason jar.
  2. Pour your ginger water in a shot glass or 2 oz in a cup and stir the honey and dash of cayenne pepper. 

Notes:

Ginger water can be refrigerated for up to a week.
